On September 22-24 2009, William Dey-Chao, Lead Consultant for the China Strategy Group, attended the 2009 International Sourcing Fair (ISF) in Shanghai as part of a Dutch China Chamber of Commerce delegation. The ISF is one of the leading international sourcing fairs in China, and featured several hundred exhibitors in an exhibition space of more than 23,000 sqm.
