Objective To assist the client in expanding and maximizing their China presence and to increase their sales. Methodology TBA provided an integrated and comprehensive service package structured along 3 types of operational assistance:
Outcome The Beijing Axis became the long-term contracted service center for the client, for whom we produce a comprehensive monthly report on China market intelligence as well as business development progress. By means of services provided by The Beijing Axis, the client acquired more advertisement opportunities in Chinese media, which increased both their brand equity and distributors for their industrial products. TBA also successfully sourced a Chinese-made aerosol production line on behalf of the client, who was able to enjoy a 60% cost saving.
