Objective

The Beijing Axis is requested by one of the active Korean-owned Mongolia-registered company to secure reliable coking coal buyers from China. The Beijing Axis assisted with buyer identification and negotiations.

Methodology

The Beijing Axis selected the credible Chinese buyer after a due diligence check. Then introduced the client to the buyer. After engaged with both parties, The Beijing Axis drafted the sales contract and managed the transaction process. Since the coal origin is Mongolia, we assisted with the client in logistics solution.

Outcome

The client signed a 500,000 tons per annum contract with the buyer. The Beijing Axis continues to manage the trading process on behalf of the client. Additionally, the client mandated The Beijing Axis as their cooperate investment advisor for other mineral investment projects as well as other real estate business.
