Objective An international commodities trading company requested The Beijing Axis to initiate the chrome sales agreement with Chinese buyers. Methodology Through The Beijing Axis's clients and associates, we set up some criteria and carefully selected a credible and capable Chinese chrome buyer. The Beijing Axis assisted with all negotiations and sales agreement drafting. We understand that payment term is one of the most critical parts of the contract. Hence, when the disagreement occurs, we analysed the needs of two parties and provided the best acceptance solutions for both the seller and the buyer. After the contract signed, The Beijing Axis supervised and followed up with the logistics. Thus, we manage the entire transaction process in order to mitigate the risks of all parties. Outcome We successfully originated the deal for the client. The first shipment has arrived in China from Africa. The transaction is ongoing. |
