Develop short-list of enterprise network distribution companies for acquisition in China and India

Desired Outcome

Identify and shortlist target companies for acquisition in the enterprise network equipment distribution sector in China and India to develop the client's distribution business and market share.

Methodology

A systematic and sequential 5-stage approach was adopted for the consulting project: 1) China and India IT industry overview; 2) Identify and select target companies; 3) In-depth analysis on short-listed companies; 4) M&A landscape analysis; 5) Support process.

Outcome

IT industry specific findings of both China and India were presented to the senior management. Comprehensive comparison and in-depth analysis of 5 short-listed target companies in China and 4 short-listed companies in India were presented to the top management for acquisition consideration. THE BEIJING AXIS also made strategic recommendations to the top management of the client. Based on the detailed information and insightful analysis provided by THE BEIJING AXIS, the client was able to start preliminary interactions with the short-listed target companies.
